I was doing Haw (4 x 5 min VO2) and made it through the warmup and 1st interval when our power went out. No fan and no smart trainer. Power company estimates it’ll be back later today. Should I stop for the day and pick back up with the training plan tomorrow or try to do the last three intervals later tonight?
Re-do the entire workout at your convenience.
I thought he would be behind and needed an extra interval or two.

In this case, if you can resume or restart it later in the day, that’s great, but if you end up missing it, then there’s no need to worry about it too much. Just continue with your planned workouts for the week, as Adaptive Training will take into account that you missed it and adjust things if needed.
