80/20 Triathlon training

i am after some advice on 80/20 triathlon training (80% low intensity / 20% mod/high intensity) programmes compared to TrainerRoad Full Distance training programme. How do they compare with regards to intensity %?

Low Intensity below Ventilatory threshold (VT) which falls below or near 78% of MHR and Mod/High Intensity above VT.
