I have now joined a gunman again and I am looking for a recommendation for. 3 day plan including exercises.
I am a hard gainer and really only want to tone myself up a bit. I will be continuing with my cycling plan and training 5-6 days a week.
I used to do a 3 day plan which was back/biceps, chest/triceps and legs. I will definitely have a legs day which will be my day off cycling. I also do an occasional other day when I did things like shoulders etc. Maybe 5-6 exercises each day.
Can anybody point me to a good resource please.
