Are you using an iOS device?
There is a bug with Zwift’s latest update that’s being discussed here.
We’ve confirmed that there is a known issue with Zwift version 1.92 that causes TrainerRoad workouts to not sync correctly on iOS and Apple TV. Zwift is aware of the issue and is working on it.
We don’t have a timeline for the fix just yet, but we’re in contact with Zwift’s engineering team, and we’ll share any updates as we get them.
Temporary workaround:
There’s a temporary workaround you can try in the meantime.
- Open the TrainerRoad app and drag your workout to a different day on your calendar, then drag it back to today.
- This can trigger Zwift to recognize and load the workout again.
- You may need to repeat this process multiple times. If the app is restarted, the workout may disappear again.
