Zwift sync issues

Just finished my training for today via ZWIFT and closed out on Zwift as I normally do. When I opened either the TrainerRoad App or website doens’t seem like the session synced acrossed. (it’s been a half hour or so)

I’m seeing it in ZWIFT and other places just not on TrainerRoads.

Not sure what to do

Reach out to support@trainerroad.com and they’ll get you sorted. Occasionally, it takes a while for Zwift to sync completed workouts back to us. Support can double check on this for you.

Don’t delete your TR workout. They will match your Zwift ride to it. They may have you export the .fit file from Zwift and import into TR

My workout that finished at 3:30PM eastern time just showed up as completed on my calendar now at 6PM eastern. There must be some connection issues. I was about to reset my connection to/from Zwift/TR.

Hmm I finished around 4 so I’ll stick in the holding pattern
