I am a huge fan of Velocio. I recommend the Classic bibs, but if you can afford the Luxe, they are well worth the upgrade.
The first time I tried on the Velocio bibs, my bottom couldn’t believe it… felt like I was sitting on clouds. Sometimes I forget to use chamois cream, and I hardly notice any discomfort. Most importantly, they give me minimal sausage leg 
Once you get the hang of how it works, toilet breaks are also very, very, very easy. Sizing is spot-on, the quality is amazing (my first pair have next to no sag, even 3 years later), and the customer service team are fantastic. I’ve got a few of the jerseys (which also fit perfectly) and have gotten a lot of compliments on them.
There is also a 30 day ‘Signature Guarantee’ - if you don’t like them, you can return them for a refund, no questions asked.
I’ve not tried many other brands e.g. Rapha and couldn’t give you a comparison.
I’m so happy with Velocio that I haven’t needed to try any others
