Yellow days. Workouts scheduled

Hi,

Im new to TR. Yellow days seems to be the ones that most rest is recommended. Ive noticed that on some weeks I have endurance rides scheduled automatically on those days. Is that ok? Should I move them manually? Example below. Thx all in advance!

They’re advisory, and telling you the system thinks you should avoid intensity. If you had a threshold workout scheduled (for example) on a day it deemed yellow, it would revise your workout to an endurance session - whilst still giving you the option of ignoring it and completing the original. That may be helpful for those who are confident in their ability to manage fatigue, but don’t yet have enough historical data in TR for it to assess that.

Red days, on the other hand, it will advise you not to do anything at all (but you’ll still have the option to ignore!).

The whole feature (fatigue detection) can be turned off in settings if you so wish.

Hope that helps.

They may be an advisory, but just try to schedule something else!

TR is recommending a 1 hr ride for me (Ophir). It is Sunday and I have time to spend a little longer on the bike. I’ve tried several different times to replace Ophir with Oso (schedule the latter, delete the former; reverse that; schedule both; etc.) TR simply replaces whatever I put there, with its preference, Ophir.

Stop being so bossy, dammit! So incredibly annoying.
