That’s quite the question! How do you know it’s swapped, and has it just changed or has it always been like that? Looking back, with the Xcadey I only get L/R balance when recording on Garmin (Forerunner watch), it’s missing if I record directly in the TR PC app.

Just checked this morning (as I’ve never thought to look at it before!) - the xcadey android app doesn’t show balance (and has no way of changing anything that I can find) but realtime display on Forerunner watch definitely has L/R the expected way round. One legged pedalling switches sides to 70/30…

After doing my TR workout, which has a 4iiii left side only power, my Wahoo displayed right side only. Huh… now I’m searching on the Wahoo/ELEMNT side to see how to switch sides.

That’s a strange configuration setting to have or be needed. I have a Garmin 530 and no problem with the data but haven’t use that bike recently.

I have. Light turns permanently red while “charging”… and no signal. When removed, it turns blue constantly too. So i waited a few days hoping to drain the battery. When the light disappeared, I tried charging it. Permanently red when charger in, then constantly blue again…

I had a quick look for a reset method. I didn’t find one, but xcadey do have a ‘replacement’ page on their website. As well as the replacement reference number (that apparently you get from xcadey support via WhatsApp), there are also check boxes for replacement reason. One of them is ‘fixed blue/g…

Believe or not their warranty is 16 months (why not 18?)… I am just 1 month past the warranty period… classic

Have anyone encountered having high calibration? Mine shoes -1782 and this causes the power reading to fail. I also cant find a way to reset it. Mines going 2 years now so warranty is not an option.
