Workout Sync Problem?

Anyone had this problem before? I completed the ride successfully and then it appears like this in the MacOS App.

When I open it is says Sync failure.

And then when I try to download I get this screen.

I have attempted to restart the Desk Top App and the same thing happens.

I’ve not experienced this myself, but this is probably something that support@trainerroad.com should be made aware of.

Best to consult them on this issue!

Any chance it’s coming in through Garmin? They’ve had issues with Connect today.

Thanks I did email support as well! No garmin. Desktop app straight.
