Windows 10 PC not syncing completed workouts

Has anyone experience a Windows 10 PC not syncing my completed workout to Strava and Garmin Connect. I have to shut down TrainerRoad program, restart the program, then the completed workout will sync. I have had this problem now for over a week.

Any suggestions??

I’m sorry to hear that your workouts have not been pushing to your third-party apps. The first troubleshooting step I would take is to visit this page:
https://www.trainerroad.com/profile/sync

and disconnect/ reconnect Strava and Garmin Connect. That often resolves Ride Sync issues.

If that does not work, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team at support@trainerroad.com so that they can take a closer look :slight_smile: .
