Doing my first workout in SS MV base, and twice during the workout I got the “Workout Paused” message had I had to confirm to resume. Not such an issue this time but I wouldn’t want this to be a regular thing! I hadn’t stopped pedalling the software had obviously just lost the connection I guess?
We either lost connection with your device or your cadence sensor didn’t pick up cadence.
Things to troubleshoot:
- Fresh batteries in your device (if it’s has batteries)
- Get your device and TR app closer together
- If you have a cadence sensor that uses a magnet, check alignment
- Connect via BT instead of ANT
- Check for interference
