So I’m a bit confused after my workout today.
To start from the beginning: TrainerRoad gave me a yellow day today. I had planned to do some sprint intervals (Fuji 3.4).
TR: “Yellow day, you should do Lazy Mountain instead”
Me: “No thanks. I’m feeling fine and I need to do my intervals because I’m short on time the rest of the week”
TR: “Hm. Okay then”
I sync up my Wahoo Elemnt Bolt and I get Fuji up as todays workout. Great!
I complete it - no problem there. Get back home and upload it.
TR: “Yeah, you did not do a workout”
Me: “What? You can see it!”
TR: “Hm. Okay. Then you did Lazy Mountain”
Me: “You can see my intervals on the app?!”
TR: “I don’t care..”
So my question. Anything I can do to change this and get the correct workout? I mean. I want my sprint progression!
See screenshots. Btw it named it Fuji. I did not do that.

Hey @BikerJens !!
What’s happening here is that your outside ride file got matched to the planned Outdoor TR Workout you had scheduled for the day (Lazy Mountain-1).
This match happens automatically when a TR Workout is set to Outside as it assumes the ride you completed outdoors was, in this case, Lazy Mountain -1.
Because you didn’t complete Lazy Mountain -1 and did Fuji instead, what’s best in this situation is to un-match the ride file from the planned workout and match it to the correct one, Fuji.
Then you can add Fuji to your Calendar>> right click on your ride file>>associate with Fuji:
I’ve gone ahead and done this for you already, but for future reference you’d do the above.
Note: for anyone reading this, we only recommend matching outside ride files to TR Workouts if you are actually completing them

I also wanted to point out that you have Auto Accept Adaptations enabled which you can turn off.
Account>>Settings>>Adaptive training:
What I am guessing happened here is that maybe the adaptations hadn’t synced to the app yet from the web and Fuji was still showing. You completed Fuji, and then it matched to the adapted workout, Lazy Mountain -1.

Thank you!
But it still not show up in my career progression.
For the record, it did ask me if I wanted to accept the adaptation to Lazy Mountain and I declined, so seems weird with auto accept part. But nice to know so I can change it! Thank you again.
