WHY VO2 MAX FEELS IMPOSSIBLE (And How to Improve It Fast) | Ask a Cycling Coach Podcast 537

Loved having Alex join us again to go over some listener submitted questions!

We covered tips on how to make VO2 Max training better, Tahoe Trail 100 race prep, heat training and how Alex implements it, why more pros don’t use Classified’s hub system, and a question on whether the “wider is better” trend will have mountain bikers on 2.6" tires!

I love VO2 Max work, anything up to 5 minutes and I’m happy. No energy to ponder the pain as its just being used to pedal.

Threshold though, thats just self torture both mentally and physically.
