Where can I buy Tubolight inserts in the USA?

Anyone know where I can buy some Tubolight inserts in the USA? Also, do you know if they will fit with a 25mm rim and a 2.1 tire? The website says best for “2.2-2.4 tire”, but i like to run a 2.1 int the rear.

I have 2.35 tyres with 25mm rims. I think they should fit if you check out this video it might help. I bought mine from https://r2-bike.com/ and I think they mail to the states.
