@mcneese.chad sounds nice that TN includes the outside rides which I had incorrect. Thought they were still working on it.
Regardless for me, my main rub is that TN is not really sticking to the progression levels. It’s either “endurance”, “climbing”, or “attacking”. Why wouldn’t they just use the progression levels like in the career. That you walk up and simply decide Sweet Spot, Vo2, Endurance, Temps, Spint, or Anaerobic? When I have done TN I’m usually refreshing a ton, not finding a workout in one of the zones I want to hit . . . so then I just go pick one of the workouts via the filters. I think the 3 TN zones should be the same as the progression zones.
