What's With All The Pancakes?

Snap, I thought I invented that recipe!

Apart from that I use self-raising flour and have no idea how many cups of each…just so that the consistancy is right…

I just use Whole Foods protein pancake and waffle mix.

Side note: A lot of those MTB pros are young. They also eat pizza and wings and drink Red Bull and beer and stay skinny. I miss being young.

I made a completely random pancake recipe myself a few days ago - it worked out amazingly (fluke).

2 eggs
1.5 bananas
1 scoop instant oats (MyProtein)
1 scoop chocolate smooth whey brotein (MyProtein)
1 pinch baking powder

Came out fluffy and awesome! :smiley:

I am more of a chocolate cake person myself. Pancakes are too much work when I can just go hit the clearance rack at the grocery store.
