Hi,
just came back from short hols over the weekend, launched TR app, went to check if it’s up to date, and all of suddent I started getting below view. Seems like What’s New? section is very much oversized, and not showing latest releases at the top but rather showing mid-2024 updates in the screen middle section.
Trouble here is that I can’t escape from this view to switch back to main application and only way is to force shut down TR completely.
Any chance others are experiencing same? Is this caused by latest update? Previously that was never an issue.
Thanks
Thanks for the heads-up. I’ll take a look with the team!
I just opened the TR app on my Windows 11 device and I’m not having any issues. It allows me to scroll through the updates as normal.
Could you try logging out and back in when you open the app next? I’d like to ensure that you’re on the latest version..
Hey @eddiegrinwald,
just did that but the issue persists
I just updated and now I’m getting the same issue!!
I’ll let the team know!
It sounds like we have a fix that’s being tested in the beta version of the desktop app.
This should be pushed to production and fixed before long.
Sorry for the trouble!
Sounds good
Thanks for prompt action!
Hey @eddiegrinwald, just one more area you may be interested to look into are training plan adaptations. Post training session when accepting plan changes what used to take barely few seconds for adaptations to be applied to the plan, in this latest version takes now 30+ seconds. Not so interesting to see the little circle spinning for that amount of time
Thanks again
