Tunemah - 3 12-minute over/unders
3rd interval was ugly, but it wasn’t really my fault, just the way things happen outside
Garmin says my VO2max went down by a ml, last vo2 workout was 10 days ago
power meter says I did 1900 watts which is incorrect

Pioneer - around 50 minutes at ~85%
It was starting to feel like hard work at the 40-minute mark, dripping with perspiration
There was heart rate decoupling of 8%

Goyo - 48 minutes near the top of sweet spot.
No heart rate decoupling. The temperature was much more moderate than it has been.

40 sec sprints
Other than my sprint power being non-existent, this was fun. Did it in Zwift in sim mode.

Rest day tomorrow and rest week next week!

First workout back to structured training.
Definitely not too hard but I’m sure I’ll get those numbers up soon.

Still feeling good, I’m expecting a raise in AIFTP soon.
I will most likely reject it tough, I feel it will serve me better to focus on TTE before upping the power.

Turned it into 1 x 24 and 2 x 10 at threshold and one little 1 x 3 to finish the Alpe du Zwift. Was hoping for 2 x 24 but didn’t quite have it this morning. Still very happy with this. Rest week coming up!

Have 3x15min @ 102% for Saturday. I know I could do this outside, but on the trainer… it looks I can put the same effort. (yes, I’m using the same power meter).

I can’t decide if I admire the workout or the start time more :call_me_hand::muscle:

Wanting to get more serious on training. Missed my Tuesday ride but did the Wednesday. I’ve never done directed bike training before, so this is going to be interesting, and good for me. Hoping i can build back, and better…

Sadly 0430 is my usual start time in order to make it to work, and even then I’m pushing it. The commute starts getting really bad if I leave after 0630, so I’m cutting it very close.

Today was Glassy-1! Lather rinse repeat, but with a little spice. Recovery ride tomorrow, and then two 2 hour rides for the weekend and quite a bit more spice. :hot_face:

I’ve decided to swap out my second Sweet Spot workout with Endurance during my first base block. I feel like I slightly struggle with longer sustained efforts, even at lower power.

Plus I’m trying to avoid burnout.

I manually choose an endurance workout using the “Train Now” feature and ignore the planned workout.
