I find that too, some of the rest intervals switch off my legs and find it harder to get going again, one of the many reasons I switch to resistance and ride at a higher wattage through the rest interval or sometimes the same level as the interval workout.
Know we’ve requested it on the features request under this thread, some buttons to reduce/increase the rest interval period and level along with insert warmup/down ramps for enforced breaks etc. Twenty extra buttons last count
maybe an app companion required!
End of the day , everyone is different and different on different days, to add even more control in real time on workouts would be a great !
