What workout did you do today? (2018/2019)

Back in the gym with a 35-min warmup before lifting weights. Yay for Stages indoor bikes at the gym! Remembered my HR monitor this time :smile:

Another month of aerobic capacity work, another bump in Efficiency Factor (power / heart rate). That puts me back to where I was a year ago, not too shabby with extended time off this summer :+1:
