What workout did you do today? (2018/2019)

Sure. I (strongly) inspired myself from a post by Coach Chad on the topic. The list was Stanislaus -4, Freel +1, Bashful, Baird +2, Mills, Hurd -2, Dade +1, and Spencer. Initially I did 3 per week, dropping the easiest one and adding the next one each week (so A-B-C week 1, B-C-D week 2, and so on), but that way a bit over the top, so I switched to 2 per weeks, adding a new one each week (A-B, B-C, etc). I started with intervals I knew I had no problems with, and progressively getting to the point where I knew things were falling apart for me (2 minutes intervals). I’m now at 2:30 (where I had failed repeatedly before), and will push to 3:00 at the end of this week.

I played a bit with the workout selection to avoid increasing both the interval duration and the overall time above FTP at the same time.
