What training block segment produces the largest jumps in FTP?

I’ve been digging around to see if anyone knows this info. I am sure it varies, but I’m guessing TrainerRoad has the data to answer that question. My assumption is that it is most likely to happen during the build phase, but maybe in SSB1 or 2? As I am new to training with power and with TrainerRoad, I’d love to hear from some of you with years of experience.
