Someone can explain to me the trend of FTP during the training phases? It goes ever up or goes up an down during the different phases of training? Thx

FTP will follow your CTL (in general) so, during base phase it should go up; build phase it should go up; specialty phase it will most likely remain constant.
Until you get near your potential…I went from 236W to 280W through SSB1/2 and build last year. This year I have gone from 280 - 289 -295 - 298W during SSB - Although I am doing mid volume this year with a bit of extra stuff - HV - especially the build made me ill last year as my weight dropped a bit to much. Still heading the right way though
