If i use plan builder, there is the training approach slider, which I would normally put to moderate as I want 2 hard workouts per week. In the coming weeks I may even go conservative as I recover from injury (most likely manually set recovery rides anyway)….
However, as you can put rides based on category or zone onto the calendar and TR then decides how to modify / progress them, what ‘Training Approach’ is used? That doesn’t appear to be settable anywhere (app or web).
The same sliders so the same job whether you pick a plan or you set it up like you did. If it has the stars it will adjust as you go and those adjustments will use the slider setting to determine how they adjust. In the calendar next to the ftp and w/kg for the week will say something like balanced click that and you get the option to change it.
If you want to guarantee that you only receive 2 hard workouts per week you should use the “Masters Athlete” option in your training schedule options.
