Adjust plan to reduce endurance from update

Hi, I have just looked at my plan. Having just had a recovery week. I now have 3 workouts then another recovery week. Do I just have to manually over ride this and pick my own workouts?
Also can I adjust it as doing LV I don’t want to have a rest week every 4th week.
I will try and get on a computer later to check everything as it’s not very clear using the app or phone

Easiest solution is to just use TrainNow and select one of the 3 options provided. Then delete the scheduled workout on that day once you finish your chosen ride.
