What song got you through that last soul crushing interval

Elastic Heart (Piano Version) by Sia.

I know it seems weird, but this song has some power in it, but it has to be the piano version

i have a special playlist for when I really need a boost

Debaser - Pixies
Its All Too Much - Beatles
Black Math - White Stripes
Centerfold - J Geils
Lets Go Crazy - Prince

I generally can’t hear or focus on anything, and time seems to become irrelevant when I’m in that dark place.

The whole XTRMST album for VO2 Max workouts

Always works a treat, extra wattage on tap: Insomnia, Faithless at Ally Pally:

“Idontknow” by Jamie xx was a recent one that got me over the hump.

I’ve tried listening to some of the suggestions above, but songs with words I can relate to work better, such as;

Another one bites the dust - Queen
Don’t stop until you get enough - Michael Jackson
and of course survivor, eye of…

Embarrasing and cheesy :roll_eyes: but it works for me.

The more time I spend playing DOOM (speaking of crushing souls) the more I find myself tuning in to Mick Gordon for those intervals. Crushed the last ramp test too
