For me, especially with AI based algorithms/programming, there is a definite trust factor in how the company builds that, the data they are basing that on, and how they are vetting the whole thing for viability. The podcast and the open structure of Nates communication of how the software is being built and proofed adds credibility/trust (to me) to the product. Having a female voice as an equal part of that dialogue is something that also adds value (to me).
I worked for one of the biggest companies in the world and we definitely knew any time someone left. No union, but we were European, and I’ve found European companies treat staff issues differently due to staff councils and laws forcing HR to still think about the employees and not just quote policy. It’s getting worse with time though.
Ivy is live on Terry B’s stream and will continue to be for the next few days. Terry has been filming his trip from D.C., live streaming on both Twitch and YouTube. Today, Ivy and another friend, Sean, joined Terry. They’re currently in Florida, heading to Key West.
The thread title is the result of a seriously off topic swing when the speculation hit a stall point. The foosball talk was filler, and so the OP added that info well after the fact to at least tie in the OT talk.
The apparent crossover (Terry + Ivy) now present sure was not predicted by any of what I read above. Crazy coincidence the way I see it.
And to his credit, I will bet Power13 didn’t need the explainer about Terry Bradshaw’s history. I am guessing he had the same “Who is that?” question I did, since it’s far from obvious with “Terry B” as the only real clue above. No reason to read that comment as tied into the NFL history by my take at least.
Terry B is Terry Barentsen’s youtube channel. You can drop by and say hi to Ivy. They’re actively responding to chat, have their mics on most of the time. Terry mentioned Ivy a few days ago and to my surprise someone from the chat asked about Trainerroad and that’s how my two favourite worlds collided.
