What does the Rolling road race LV specialty look like? Types of workouts different depending on how the plan was added to the calender

Due to time constraint I wanted to switch to low volume for my specialty this week. When I check rolling road race under training plans->specialty the plan is Tuesday anaerobic but when I change the volume in my calendar Tuesday’s workout is an attacking style VO2max

( already contacted support, just wanted know which workout to chose if they don’t get back to me in time)

Looks like Anaerobic for 1st workout of the week and then 2x vo2 for the other workouts. I just looked on both my calendar and the training plans page.
