Weird training suggestions

I have weird suggestions for what to do on days when I already have manually added workouts loaded. Eg. Sat group ride > TR adds a 1 hr tempo session. How can I reset this or make it reorganise.

For context I signed up in Jan 26. Was good for a few weeks but as soon as I did two outdoor rides in a row things went haywire.

By looking at your Calendar, it looks like the thing going “haywire” is our Fatigue Detection taking action, haha.


Here is more info on our Fatigue Detection [click], but whats happening, is that as you add additional Group Rides to your Calendar the system thinks you will be completing both rides and making the following days Yellow/Red.

So, moving forward, if you are going to do a Group Ride instead on that day you can switch the existing workout into a Group Ride and delete the manually added Group Ride.

By just fixing that on Saturday, I think you’ll see the plan adjust nicely, but let me know how it goes!
