Weird AI FTP change

Hi guys

I recently clicked the ‘detect my ftp’ button to check when my next detection was due, which I guessed should have been in a few days, but the screen said ‘your recent ai ftp detection is still valid’

a couple of things..

  1. I wasn’t due a detection
  2. It was significantly lower than before. Down 11%

I’m happy if this is correct but it sounds odd that I wasn’t due a detection and the change was significantly lower

Get in contact with support.

Same thing happened to me a two weeks ago. FTP drop even though I was doing all workouts.

At first I didn’t except the lower FTP.

In the end I wound up doing an FTP test and after two days did the workout Marion to verify the number I got on the test.
