Mine still doesnt work.
I spent time going back and forth with Wahoo support. The “fix” was to re-enable automatic uploads in the ELEMNT app. Neither support or I know why it flipped itself to disabled.
For me on iOS, it is under Settings | Wi-fi | Automatic Uploads. The “master” button was enabled (blue) but the individual app was flipped off.
Works for me after this change.

Unfortunately, that didn’t solve the problem. Work out still wouldn’t upload to TrainingPeaks. I had to manually Upload the file.
I can’t find anything in IOS regarding uploads for the Elemnt app. Sometimes I can see a cloud symbol. If I click on that, they will upload. Otherwise, it’s manual. It isn’t that big of a hassle to manually upload them, so I’m just hoping it gets sorted eventually.
