I’m doing my first proper taper from a full distance Tri on Sunday and have noticed a significant uptick in dreaming at night.
I don’t normally have/remember my dreams but have had several really vivid ones each night this week. I suppose it means I’m sleeping better with the reduced training load
Has anyone else experienced this? Anything else you’ve noticed during tapers? I definitely felt pretty wiped through the middle of the week and a bit moody!
