By far my most consistent year to date. That’s thanks to (and in equal measure despite of) the pandemic thing.
I hit some pretty major goals along the way, thanks in no small measure to TrainerRoad:
- Held 300W for 3 hours outdoors
- Hit 1500W peak and 1150W for 15 seconds in sprints
- Held 40km/h for one hour solo on a normal road bike
- Climbed 3000m in one ride
May 2022 bring us all to new heights
