Trying out AI FTP, so why have I been scheduled a Ramp Test?

Hi,

Just accepted the a big increase in my FTP using the new AI method. Finished my training plan and now starting a new one. Straight away, a Ramp Test starts the new plan. Will this reset my FTP?
