I’ve been using a mid volume program on TrainerRoad lately and I had a ramp test scheduled for this past Monday. However, I change the low volumetric over the weekend and it took that ramp test out. How can I initiate a new AIFTP action? Can I simply schedule a ramp test for tomorrow download that work out and get the prompt to use AIFTP?
Yes, you should be able to add a Ramp Test on your Calendar and access it as described in the main topic:
