I’m on the way to start a new plan for the coming winter season but i’m not sure which plan to select.
My main objective are to improve my AT (due poor utilization of Vo2Max, which are lab tested).
Cycling goals next year are double century ride and some XCM rides in addition to some races at half century/centruy distances.
Any suggestions what i should choose?

This plan will give you the ability to maintain a high percentage of your FTP for a very extended period of time. This is our recommended plan for Gran-fondo riders, Century Riders, 24 hour athletes, Dirty Kanza racers, etc.
It should fit your needs perfectly.
