Training zone classification - Eyre?

Not sure if anyone really knows the answer but i was checking alternates to do a longer ride instead of SS blocks tomorrow and saw Eyre +1. The highest the power gets is ~75%. Although it is long, this is to me a quintessential long low tempo.

Why is this classified as a ‘sweet spot’ zone workout?

Edit: Sorry it hits 82% as the highest. But that’s still well within tempo.
