On Sept 30, 2023 I’ll be riding the bike leg for a 70.3 relay team. I’ll be coming in with reasonable fitness after USAT Nationals, but will need an uptick in distance.
What plan would anyone recommend in this instance? Choose the 70.3 plan and manually delete all the non-bike workouts? Rolling road race? Other?

I would not recommend the 70.3 plans, as they are designed to balance the other two disciplines, which you do not need to do.
I would personally lean more towards the 40k TT plans and add in extra volume, focusing on SS and Tempo efforts during the longer rides.
Or HV 70.3 plan. More race specificity.
