Hi, it would be awesome if you could make a training plan option to just select 2 sports. I trail run ultras in addition to mountain biking, and use TR as my off-season training platform. However, in the summer it would be nice to be able to just select my distance objectives for running and cycling, and have the plan builder generate a schedule for me. I know I can select Triathlon and then delete the swims, but it would be nice if it could just be built directly in while creating the plan. Currently I just pick a low volume plan for cycling and then let it adjust as I do my own runs outside of TR, but lots of times that interferes with what was originally scheduled, it would be nice for the AI to know what my goals are from the get go when planning it.

The other issue with using the tri plans is they tend to schedule brick days. I would like it to schedule run days and ride days with the occasional brick only if needed for some specific reason.
I am in the same situation as a runner… that also bikes a fair bit and uses TR. (run M/W/F/Sa…bike Tu/Th/Su)
I have found that if I am able to schedule recurring Run’s with start times and intensity planned (can edit as the weeks/months approach), my plan does a good job of adapting and yellow days show ahead of time based on my planned long runs or workouts. Throttles up/back my TR bike workouts based on my other planned workouts in the months AI Forecast Window.
Like if on Wednesday i know I am going to run a bit shorter or easier with friends next monday… can go in and change TSS intensity and duration. Or I have a recovery week in a few weeks, I can change the recurring 2.5hr long run down to 2hr and select “for this activity only” instead of for all future workouts.
