Training Plan - Not Double Days 😂🔥🔥

Did double days in my youth… well 20’s. One thing to consider… you are tired ALL THE TIME. And, just my opinion here, if you are sacrificing sleep it might be better to just go a bit longer for a single workout.

They do work and are great, especially if you have time to do them. Just know what you are getting into.

Double? Nah. Single 2.5 hour really hard indoor workout. Enjoy.
