Training plan for unbound 100

Hi guys! Just wanted to know, im finishing a 3 month plan for gravel grand fondo increasing ftp and now i want to train for unbound 100 on may, is it better to do a full 6 months training plan or is it better to divide it into 2x 3 month each? I plan to do the same training plan gravel grand fondo increasing ftp. Last yr i finished the north route for the first time with 8 hrs and 30 mins and plan to improve my time on the south route.

Training 3x hard intervals for 1 hr and 1x 1.5 hr endurance per week.

I would just plug it in plan builder and let it do its thing. I think that will give you a full base, build and specialty phase which will give the best results.

I’m with @Elgro.

There’s no real benefit to breaking up the plan. If Unbound is your next upcoming race, I’d build one plan focued on that. We’ll fill in the time between now with the best possible training. :ok_hand:
