I’ve entered the Etape in the French Alps on 21st July and wondering what TR training plan or workouts to do. I’ve completed Base Phase ‘low volume’ 1 and 2, struggled with this through illness, work, life etc, however just come back from a five day training camp. I’ve got a few hilly events coming up in May and June. BTW I am not a strong climber and believe I need to build more power. Please could you advise as to what training plan or workouts I should focus on.
