Training plan for the Etape in the French Alps

Hi all,
I’ve entered the Etape in the French Alps on 21st July and wondering what TR training plan or workouts to do. I’ve completed Base Phase ‘low volume’ 1 and 2, struggled with this through illness, work, life etc, however just come back from a five day training camp. I’ve got a few hilly events coming up in May and June. BTW I am not a strong climber and believe I need to build more power. Please could you advise as to what training plan or workouts I should focus on.

I’ve done the etape a few times and have followed the sustained power build plan followed by the century and that’s served me well
