Hi, I have been using the platform a few months bit got injured. I want to get back on the bike and using the app but I couldn’t see a plan that would take into account I was returning from injury.
Does this exist? I don’t want to be pushing too hard but would like a structured plan to build back up.

We don’t have any specific “return from injury” plans – that said, we do have some ideas to help you get started:
- Use TrainNow to pick and choose individual workouts and ease back into things.
- Check out our Base Plans to get back into something more structured – Traditional Base has the least intensity, but Polarized Base may also be a good pick. You could even consider doing General Base and making it a Masters Plan, which would decrease the plan’s intensity.
- Use Plan Builder to get a custom plan built out (which can also be set to be a Masters Plan).
Additionally, you could do a lower-volume version of any of those plans so you don’t start out with too much volume/training stress. Over time, as you feel healthier, you could increase the volume/intensity again.
