Training advice for 2 week interval between races

I have my first 30 minute Criterium tomorrow and then 2 weeks until a 12 mile time trial and a 40 minute Criterium the next day.
Any advice on training during that gap between races. I know I can’t really make power gains or can I?
I was thinking about 1 sprint workout and one sweet spot interval each of those weeks and then 3 outdoor rides as the weather allows.
Any TR suggestions.

30 min criti isn’t going to do much to your fatigue. Just train through it.
