I like it when my buddies start to fade and I can still go strong.

I credit sweet spot intervals from hour 1.5 to hour 2.

The TR forum, a place where people can come and say TR has too much sweet spot and not enough sweet spot lol At least you guys can find common ground in find the flaws in TR!

When you’re over the target, you catch a lot of flack.

TR encourage riders to be their own guru.
Be kind to yourself. Be honest with yourself. Work at a level you can be consistent. Start at the lowest volume and work up if you need to.
