Trainerroad is so cool. I did an outdoor ride today which was not on my training plan. Trainerroad spotted my stress might be high and adapted the plan for tomorrow to give me a 30 mins endurance ride instead of the sweetspot session that was planned the next day without me even thinking about it. This is exactly what I have been looking for. The main point is (and this is crucial), the training plan adapts to my outdoor rides. Outdoor ride are the enjoyable hobby and should be taken as needed when time and weather allows. With some of the other systems / plans , you have to adapt for hobby to fit your plan and that’s not the way to do it. It’s fine for racers or competitors that are training for events but not for hobbyists. wonderful!
