I also tried around what gives me the highest prediction: A lot of high-intensity workouts (and less easy rides), also skip parts of the easy week. I don‘t think I will complete these without problem, but let‘s see, maybe I underestimate myself.

It totally useless. AI set my FTP at 103 - It should be 190. The app won’t allow a manual update so im stuck with a month of wasted training.

Am I the only one not unhappy with the new TR AI?
