Spot on. and completely agree. Although a different sport, my experience of coaching and programming is that this daily/weekly feedback and adjustment is crucial and what makes the plan actually work.

As a guess, this might be planned via the “Red Light / Green Light” feature that Nate has mentioned on the podcast and forum. It’s not great to speculate on undelivered features, but at least some of what you mention seems parallel to what Nate has said too.
