i’ve built a GPX-to-ERG/MRC tool that uses the power and time stored in a gpx file, and convert the file to a Erg or Mrc file.
I use it to have a workout in TR that repeat the kind of effort that i made outdoor. For me, the big change in usability was when i decided to add a functionality to “compact” the steps, in a way that long Z1 / Z2 steps could be shortened, and a typical 4 hours ride is converted to a workout under 2 hours, maintainig all the >= Z3 efforts with their time.
I also have converted gpx’s made by some friends to simulate a climb, when i knew their approximate ftp.

It’s obviously free to use. There are a couple of what i named “Advanced parameters”, i hope they are self-explanatory.
This tool has maybe billions of possible improvements. If you need something that can i implement, please tell me. This is an ultra-side project, i don’t know if it can be useful for someone else, apart of me.
