Merry Christmas. I gifted myself a Neo 2T and I shouldve got a smart trainer years ago, maybe I would have stuck with racing. Just started digging myself out with TR. My old Z2 is my current FTP haha. I was late to adopt a smart phone and same thing, revolutionizes the way I live!

wishing my wife did today. I blew apart on yesterday’s TR workout and since no swim today, I want to redo yesterday’s. Been with the family all day – 65 minutes while they watch part of Incredibles 2.
